It took me about 7 hours of grinding to max out my level 10 Crystarium from a Maxed out Level 9 Crystarium. I fought the Mission 24 mark over and over again for 12, CP every minute, or about , CP an hour. I did this until I had maxed out the Main 3 Roles for all of my characters, which took somewhere between hours to do.

It took me about 5 minutes per kill, at 80, CP per kill, which is about , CP per hour. I spent about 4 hours there, until I maxed out my Crystarium.
